By Age 13, Wahlberg had been in trouble with the Boston Police Department around 2 dozen times. In his youth he quickly became addicted to cocaine and other substances.
At 15, a civil action was filed against Wahlberg for his involvement in two separate incidents of harassing African-American school children, by throwing rocks and shouting racial slurs.

By 16, Wahlberg was no stranger to breaking the law, and in his mid teens he was charged with attempted murder when he assaulted two separate Vietnamese men. He knocked one unconscious with a wooden stick and, in the same day, punched another in the face.
Wahlberg was charged with attempted murder, but pled guilty to assault. He served only 45 days of a 2 year sentence, In Suffolk County Deer Island House of Correction.

Mike Tyson – Rape

In 1991 the popular boxer was arrested in for the rape of 18-year-old Desiree Washington in Indianapolis.
Washington testified that, after she received a phone call from Tyson inviting her to a party, he began to make sexual advances toward her in his limo.Source
Also according to Washington’s testimony, upon arriving at his hotel room, tyson Pinned her down and raped her despite her pleas for him to stop.
A Year after the incident, Tyson was sentenced to 6 years in prison, followed by 4 years probation, of which he only served 3.

Tim Allen – Drug Trafficking Source

Before his acting career started, Tim Alen Dick (his full real name) was arrested for drug trafficking on October 2, 1978, in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport.
He was caught with over 650 grams of cocaine in his possession. He pled guilty to drug trafficking and received a life sentence
He elected to have his sentence reduced to 3-7 years, in exchange for the names of other dealers. On June 12th, 1981, he was paroled after serving only two years and 4 months.
Allen was arrested again in 1997 for DUI in Michigan, recorded as having a 0.15% BAC, for which he only received one year
